Barmouth Kite Festival is an event that takes place on our wonderful, sandy Barmouth Beach, in front of the Lifeboat Station, and is in one of the finest settings in the whole world for a kite festival.
It features striking, colourful displays of kites of all types, colours, descriptions and sizes.
This event is free to enter, and you can join many other excited kite enthusiasts in showing your skills and abilities in front of a keen and watchful crown, and you may even win a prize to take home to prove that you are the best kiting expert.
Everyone is welcome too, whatever your age, or, if you don’t fancy joining it, just enjoy the amazing, the spectacular, the sky filling extravaganza that is the Barmouth Kite Festival!!
