Formed in March 2007, Barmouth Resort Improvement Group (BRIG) is a small progressive, non profit making group of dedicated local people who are committed to a common goal of improving the wonderful town of Barmouth.
In a truly radical ambitious way, they aim to achieve this overall objective by fulfilling a variety of proposals that range from the simple tidying of neglected small areas and corners of local community land, to full blown resort changing projects that will be loved and adored for years to come.
BRIG have delivered both the beloved Palm Trees and Benches on the Promenade, the Dolphin Water Feature and Palm Trees on the Harbour, The Welcome To Barmouth Signs, and also improved the Railway Station with new signage and seating twice, and adopted the area for planting.
